1. About us

SOFTWARESTORIES Ltd. is a UK-registered company providing software, design and AI development services. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean SOFTWARESTORIES Ltd..

2. Use of the site

You may browse the Site for lawful, personal or business purposes. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the Site's operation, scrape it at scale without permission, or use it to transmit malicious code.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and link inclusion does not imply endorsement.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
